The DCSPS Limited Warranty applies to Physical Goods (Parts), and only for Parts, purchased from DCS Parts and Services Ltd.

Our Limited Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal operating conditions during the Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by: a customer’s poor installation practices or adverse operating conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

The following Warranty Periods apply for each type of Part supplied by us based on condition at sale:


Condition Rating: Factory New Factory Packaged (FNFP)

Warranty from date of delivery: 1 year


Condition Rating: New Surplus DCSPS Packaged (NSDP) + New Surplus Factory Packaged (NSFP)

Warranty from date of delivery: 1 year


Condition Rating: Used Surplus DCSPS Packaged (USDP) + Repair

Warranty from date of delivery: 2 years (Unless stated otherwise)

To obtain warranty service, customers must first contact DSCPS to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. If we agree to accept a return, we will provide a return authorisation. The customer must then return the defective Part within 30 days after reporting the defect. In most cases, DCSPS will pay for return shipping and shipping of the replacement using our approved shipping method.

In the event of DCSPS agreeing a Part is defective, DCS Parts and Services Ltd will replace, repair the faulty Part, or refund your purchase price subject to availability.

All Parts repaired or replaced under the Limited Warranty shall be guaranteed against faulty materials and manufacture for an agreed period.

These warranties are given in lieu of any other warranties; either expressed or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages, lost profits whether or not advised of the same.

All disputes will be subject to English Law.
